You may optionally provide the vehicle's production year, but it is not required. It helps us identify potential errors. Vehicles manufactured before 1995, for instance, likely do not have EU type approval and cannot receive a COC document.

If you are a business customer or company, please provide your VAT identification number (VAT ID). For companies in Germany or private individuals, this is not necessary.

If it is not possible to issue a COC for your VIN, for example, because the vehicle is too old or not designed for the European market, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the full purchase price.

Once the document is created by the vehicle manufacturer, you will receive an email with the PDF of your COC. With this copy, it is often possible to register your vehicle or complete a technical inspection. The original document will then be sent to you via postal mail or express delivery.
